• - Prohibited activities include harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.

Payments and Transactions

• - We use PayPal and Stripe for payment processing. By using PayPal and Stripe to process payments on Beavr, you are also agreeing to abide by PayPal's and Stripe's terms of service.
• - You are responsible for all transactions processed through your Beavr account. Please keep your payment information secure.

Content

• 1. Ownership: You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you upload to Beavr.
• 2. Permissions: By posting content to Beavr, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Disclaimers

Beavr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beavr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
